Background:
The event was created for large Chapter 11s where Applications for Compensation for professionals are filed without notice. This process is in accordance with a Case Management or Administrative Order that outlines the procedure professionals will follow to have their applications heard by the Court. Professionals file a Monthly Fee Statement and a Quarterly Application; a Statement of No Objection or an objection is filed; then the debtor files a Notice of Hearing to schedule all the applications on a specific hearing date. See 19-16708, #125.
Do not use this event to file:
- Routine Applications for Compensation on Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases. See Application for Compensation with Notice of Motion
