Background:

These procedures should be used when filing a Chapter 11 Small Business Plan or Amended Small Business Plan.

Official Form 425(A) should be completed and filed for this event.

 

Step-by-Step Procedures:


  1. Select [Bankruptcy>Plan]

     

  1. Enter case number and click Next

 

  1. Select Chapter 11 Small Business Plan/ Modified Small Business Plan from event pick list and click Next

 

  1. Select Party from party pick list you represent or Add/Create New Party and click Next

    The Attorney/Party association page may display.
    Click Here for more information.

 

  1. The Chapter 11 Options Screen will display

    • Select the radio button that matches the title of your PDF
    • Click Next

     

  2. If you chose Chapter 11 Small Business Plan (Form 425A) or Chapter 11 Plan Small Business Subchapter V (Form 425A), go to Step 7

    If you chose Amended Chapter 11 Small Business Plan (Form 425A) or Amended Chapter 11 Plan Small Business Subchapter V (Form 425A), a will display. You may add a prefix or bypass this screen.

    To add a Prefix:

    • Click the down arrow to select a prefix
    • Click Next

    To Bypass:

    • If a prefix does not apply to your filing, just click Next

     

  3. The PDF Screen will display

     

  4. The will display

    • Select the appropriate radio button
    • Click Next

     

  5. If you entered Pro Rata, go to step 10

    If you entered Specific percentage, enter the Percentage to be paid to Unsecured Creditors

    Click Next

     

  6. A blank page will display.  

    Click Next.

     

The page will display.  This is your final opportunity to modify the entry before submitting the filing.
