Pretrial Statement

Step-by-Step Procedures:

  1. Select [Bankruptcy or Adversary]

  2. Select [Other or Trustee/US Trustee]

  3. Enter Case Number and click Next

  4. Select Pretrial Statement from event pick list and click Next

  5. Select party you represent from party pick list or Add/Create New Party

  6. Click Next

    The Attorney/Party Association screen may display.  If it does, click here.

  1. Click Next

The PDF Document selection screen will display.

  1. Click Browse button and navigate to locate the appropriate document/file

  1. View file to verify the correct file is being selected

  2. Click Open button and filename will appear in the browse window

  3. Click Next

The next page will allow you to relate your pretrial statement to an existing event (filing) or you can bypass this step.

Bypass relating to an existing event(s)

 

  • Click Refer to existing event(s) box

  • Select order category

Completion of the Filed and Documents fields is optional.   Completing of these fields will display specific entries on the next page.

  • Click Next

  • Click box next to preliminary pretrial order or pretrial order that set the filing due date of the pretrial statement

  • Click Next

 

  • Do not click the Refer to existing event(s) box

  • Click Next

The Modify Text screen will display.  Click down arrow to select a prefix if applicable.

  1. Click Next

The Final Text screen will display.  This is your final opportunity to modify the entry before submitting the filing.

  1. Verify the accuracy of the docket text.  If not correct/if correct

  1. Click Next to complete filing process

 

The Notice of Electronic Filing will display.  It is the verification that the filing has been sent electronically to the court.

Copies of this notice and the document filed are emailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.  You have a period of 15 days for a one time free look at the document filed
