Filing Attachments

This event should be used to file attachments (i.e. exhibits) you inadvertently failed to file with your main document. During the filing process, you will be given the opportunity to relate your attachment to your main document.
Please DO NOT use the Attachment event when filing a Proposed Order. The Proposed Order event should be used to file a Proposed Order.
Step-by-Step Procedures:

Select [Bankruptcy or Adversary>Other]

Enter Case Number and click Next

Select Attachment (Do Not Use for Proposed Order) from event pick list and click Next

Select party you represent from party pick list or Add/Create New Party

Click Next
The PDF Document selection page will display.

Click Browse button and navigate to locate the appropriate document/file
Note: If more than one attachment is being filed, change attachment to document to yes to upload the additional attachments.

View file to verify the correct file is being selected

Click Open button and filename will appear in the browse window

Click Next

Enter Description of Attachments

Click Next

The page for selecting the category the main documents was filed under will display.
Click the appropriate category
Note: Completion of the Filed and Documents fields is optional. Completing of these fields will display specific entries on the next page.

Click Next
- A list of docket entries will display.
- If the related entry appears, click the box in front of entry.
- If the related entry does not appear, you may have selected the incorrect category or the related filing was not filed properly.
- click the Back button to select the appropriate category or
- click the Back button and highlight all categories. Highlighting all categories will cause all docket entries to display.

Click Next

The Modify Text page will display.
Click down arrow to select a prefix, if applicable.
Click Next

The Final Text page will display. This is your final opportunity to modify the entry before submitting the filing.
Verify the accuracy of the docket text. If not correct/if correct

Click Next to complete filing process
The Notice of Electronic Filing will display. It is the verification that the filing has been sent electronically to the court.
Copies of this notice and the document filed are emailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case. You have a period of 15 days for a one time free look at the document filed.
