Notice of Intent to Request Transcript Redaction

Step-by-Step Procedures:

  1. Select [Bankruptcy or Adversary]

  2. Select Notices

  3. Enter Case Number

  4. Click Next

The list of available events will display.

  1. Select Notice of Intent to Request Transcript Redaction from event pick list

  2. Click Next

  3.  Select Party from party pick list you represent and click Next

    The Attorney/Party Association screen may display.  If it does, click here.

  1. Click Next

The PDF Document selection screen will display.

  1. Click Browse button and navigate to locate the appropriate document/file

  2. View file to verify the correct file is being selected

  3. Click Open button (the filename now appears in the browse window).

  4. Click Next

The next page displays all transcript and excerpt of proceeding.  At this point, you must select the appropriate entry to which the notice relates to.

  1. Click the radio box next to the related entry

  2. Click Next

The Modify Text screen will display.  Make a selection from the pick list if appropriate.

  1. Click Next

The Final Text screen will display.  This is your final opportunity to modify the entry before submitting the filing.

  1. Verify the accuracy of the docket text.  If not correct/if correct

  1. Click Next to complete filing process

 

The Notice of Electronic Filing will display.  It is the verification that the filing has been sent electronically to the court.

Copies of this notice is emailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.
