Application to Pay Filing Fee in Installments

The form must be completed to reflect the terms for paying the filing fee.  

 

The form consist of two pages;

The application and order should be saved as one combined pdf file.

 

Step-by-Step Procedures:

  1. Select [Bankruptcy>Motions/Applications]

  2. Enter case number and click Next

  3. Select Pay Filing Fees in Installments (Form 103A) from pick list and click Next

  1. Select Debtor(s) from party pick list

  2. Click Next

The PDF Document selection screen will display.

  1. Browse, View and Attach

  2. The Final Installment Payment due date will display, click Next

  3. The Docket Text screen will display


    If filing an Amended Application to Pay Filing Fees in Installments, select Amended from the prefix box.

    click Next

  1. The Final Text screen will display. This is your final opportunity to verify the entry before submitting the filing. If not correct,Closedclick the Bankruptcy tab to go back to the case number field and start overIf correct,

  1. Click Next

  1. Process Complete

The Notice of Electronic Filing will display.  It is the verification that the filing has been sent electronically to the court.

Copies of this notice and the document filed are emailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.  You have a period of 15 days for a one time free look at the document filed.
