Notice to Creditors

 

The Clerk's Office will mail a notice to all parties and creditors regarding this filing.

 

 

You have two options in which to file this document.

• One filing at a time

• Multiple filings at one time - Batch Filings Select Bankruptcy>Multi-Case Docketing/r/n/r/nEnter Case Numbers/r/n/r/nStatement of Presumed Abuse UST (batch) from pick list/r/n/r/nTwo blank screens will appear. Click Next to continue./r/n/r/nContinue until filing process is completed

 

Step-by-Step Procedures:

1. Select [Bankruptcy>Trustee/US Trustee or Batch Filings]

2. Enter Case Number and click Next

3. Select Statement of Presumed Abuse UST from the event pick list and click Next

4. Select US Trustee from party pick list and click Next

Two blank screens will appear.  Click Next to continue.

The Final Text screen will display.  This is your final opportunity to modify the entry before submitting the filing.

5. Verify the accuracy of the docket text.  If not correct/if correct

6. Click Next to complete filing process

 

The Notice of Electronic Filing will display.  It is the verification that the filing has been sent electronically to the court.

Copies of this notice are emailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.  Since this is a paperless process, there will not be a document to view.
