Notice of Withdrawal of Trustee's Report (No Paper)

This event should be used to withdrawal a paperless Trustee's No Asset Report.  

If you need to withdraw a report and an electronic copy of the report exist, use the Notice of Withdrawal event.  See Notice of Withdrawal procedure.

 

Step-by-Step Procedures:

 

  1. Select [Bankruptcy>Trustee/US Trustee]

  2.  Enter case number and click Next

  3. Select Notice of Withdrawal of Trustee's Report (No Paper) from the event pick list and click Next

  4. Select Trustee from party pick list and click Next

The following reminder page will appear

Reminder: This event can only be used to withdraw a No Distribution Report, Initial Report of Assets, or a Chapter 12 or 13 Final Report and Account. If you need to withdraw other documents, please use the Notice of Withdrawal event

  1. Click Next

The following page will appear.  Click Next to continue.

The next page will display the Trustee's Final Report entry.  This entry appearing because this is the document being withdrawn.  Do not un-check the box in front of the entry.

  1. Click Next

The Modify Text page will display.  Click down arrow to select a prefix if applicable.

  1. Click Next

The Final Text page will display.  This is your final opportunity to modify the entry before submitting the filing.

  1. Verify the accuracy of the docket text.  If not correct/if correct

  2. Click Next to complete filing process

The Notice of Electronic Filing will display.  It is the verification that the filing has been sent electronically to the court.

Copies of this notice and the document filed are emailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.  You have a period of 15 days for a one time free look at the document filed.
