Initial Report of Assets

This is a paperless event.  You will not be prompted to upload a pdf file for the report.

 

Step-by-Step Procedures:

 

  1. Select [Bankruptcy>Trustee/US Trustee]

  2.  Enter case number and click Next

  3. Select Initial Report of Assets (No paper) from the event pick list

  4. Click Next

  5. Select Trustee from party pick list and click Next

A blank screen will appear.

  1. Click Next

The Terminate Pending Deadlines screen may appear.  This screen will appear if the 341 hearing has to be terminated.  If the 341 hearing has been terminated by a prior filing, a message will appear stating "There are no deadlines to terminate."

  1. Click box next to 341 Meeting (if not checked)

Note:  The date terminated box defaults to the current date.  Do not change this date.

  1. Click Next

The proof of claims deadline screen will display.

  1. Click Next

A blank screen will display.

  1. Click Next

The Final Docket Text screen will display.  This is your final opportunity to modify the entry before submitting the filing.

  1. Verify the accuracy of the docket text.  If not correct/if correct

  2. Click Next to complete filing process

The Notice of Electronic Filing will display.  It is the verification that the filing has been sent electronically to the court.

Copies of this notice and the document filed are emailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.  You have a period of 15 days for a one time free look at the document filed.
