How to File Access Granted to Transcript

Background:
Attention: This procedure applies only to Court Reporters
This event is a private event and the docket entry can only be viewed by Court users. After the event has been docketed, the appropriate Court user will grant the party remote access to the transcript.
This event is a paperless event.
Step-by-Step Procedures:

Select [Bankruptcy or Adversary]

Select Transcript
-
Enter Case Number
-
Click Next
The list of available events will display.

Select Access Granted to Transcript from event pick list (access granted to transcript now appears under selected events).

Click Next
A blank page displays.

Click Next to continue
The following statement will appear;
Please Enter FULL Name of Party to Receive Access to Transcript:

Enter Party's name in text box using upper and lower case letters (i.e. John Smith)
Also displayed on this page are all transcript or redacted transcript docket entries.

Click the radio box next to the related entry the party should receive remote access to

Click Next
The Modify Text screen will display.
Note: If you are filing an Amended Access Granted, click the down arrow and select Amended from the pick list. |

Click Next
The Final Text screen will display. This is your final opportunity to modify the entry before submitting the filing.

Verify the accuracy of the docket text. If not correct/if correct

Click Next to complete filing process
The Notice of Electronic Filing will display. It is the verification that the filing has been sent electronically to the court.
Copies of this notice are emailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.
