Statistical Data Collected for US Trustee
The Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 required the Executive Office of the US Trustees (EOUST) to capture and store additional data for all individuals debtors filing a Chapter 7, 11, 12 and 13 case. The type data collected for each chapter varies with the exception of Chapter 12 and 13. The same type of data is collected for Chapter 12 and 13 cases.
The source documents where the data is taken from is schedules C, I and J and forms B22A, B22B or B22C.
This is a paperless event therefore no pdf is required.
This event can also be used when;

- Click Next
The next page will display the following text;
Court Users, Please Verify Filed Date

Click Next to continue
The next page will require entry of data from schedules C, I and J and forms B22A, B22B or B22C.

Complete the fields

Click Next to continue
The Modify Text page will display. Click down arrow to select a prefix if applicable.

The Final Text page will display. This is your final opportunity to modify the entry before submitting the filing.

Verify the accuracy of the docket text. If not correct/if correct

Click Next to complete filing process
The Notice of Electronic Filing will display. It is the verification that the filing has been sent electronically to the court.
Copies of this notice and the document filed are emailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case. You have a period of 15 days for a one time free look at the document filed.
