Effective December 1, 2015, there is only 1 event to file Schedules/ Amended Schedules/ Supplemental Schedules. The events, Amended Schedules D, E, or F, and Amended/Supplemental Schedules A-C and G-J, have been retired.
When creating your PDF for an Amended or Supplemental Schedule, please check the appropriate box at the top of the form and answer "yes" to " are the schedules amended?".
When filing this event, you can only combine original and supplemental schedules. All Amended schedules must be filed in a separate event.
Please attach the appropriate Declaration each time you file this event.
Effective December 1, 2013, Schedule I and J have been revised with updated line numbers. Click Here for more information. Totals from the Schedules are required to be entered for all individual debtor(s) in a Chapter 7, 11, or 13. Note: Report the totals from Summary of Schedules, Schedules A, B, D, E, F, I, J, Form 22, and Total Type of Liability in the boxes provided.
Privacy Rule
Bankruptcy Rule 9037 requires that personal identification information define as individuals' Social Security and taxpayer identification numbers, names of minor children, financial account numbers, and dates of birth, be redacted from documents with the court.
Step-by-Step Procedures:

Select [Bankruptcy>Other

Enter case number and click Next

Select Schedules from event pick list and click Next

Select Debtor(s) from party pick list and click Next
REMINDER:

File original and supplemental schedules in the same event.

File all amended schedules together in the same event. If filed separately and a filing fee is required, you will be charged for each Amended Schedule filed.

Refer to Schedule of Fees for Filing Fee requirements.

Do Not include the Summary of Schedules. The Summary of Schedules must be filed separately using the event, Summary of Assets and Liabilities.
Click Next
- Select Yes or No: Are the schedules amended? and click Next

Select All Schedule(s) Being Filed and Check Last Box if Declaration is Attached and click Next

The PDF Document selection screen will display.
Click Browse button and navigate to locate the appropriate document/file
View file to verify the correct file is being selected
Click the Open button and filename will appear in the browse window
Click Next

The Schedules screen will appear.

Select all Schedules being filed - click Next

A message will display: Court will Add/ Modify Creditors. Click Next

The "Summary of Assets and Liabilities and Certain Statistical Information" page will display. This page will contain figures if figures were previously entered when the case was filed, summary of schedules were filed or schedules were filed.
Enter Values within the boxes (if applicable - if not) go to step 13

Update the total amount of the fields for the schedules being amended if you know the total amount.

A blank screen will display - click Next

The Final Text screen will display. This is your final opportunity to modify the entry before submitting the filing.
Verify the accuracy of the docket text. If not correct/if correct

Click Next to complete filing process
The Notice of Electronic Filing will display. It is the verification that the filing has been sent electronically to the court.
Copies of this notice and the document filed are emailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case. You have a period of 15 days for a one time free look at the document filed.
