This event should be used when a filer needs to correct information on a previously filed Transfer of Claim, Form B2100A or other pdf.
No fee is assessed and no updates to the claim will occur. The Clerk's office staff will review and update the Claim Register and send notice, if needed.
Step by Step Procedures

Select [Bankruptcy>Creditor Claimant Activity]

Enter case number and click Next

Select Amended Transfer of Claim
- Click Next

The Select additional attorney screen will appear. Click Next to bypass
Note: When a selection is not made, you will get the following warning:
Click OK to continue

Select Party (Transferee) from party pick list or Add/create new party to add your company

Click Next
-
The following
warning will display:
WARNING: This event is ONLY to be used to correct a clerical error on the PDF. It will NOT transfer a claim or assess a fee.
- Click Next

The Claims Option Menu will display
- Select the appropriate radio button
- Click Next

If a Stop Message displays, back up and select the correct radio button
If not, go to step 13

The PDF Document selection screen will display. The document being filed must be uploaded to CM/ECF at this point.
- Click Browse, Scan and Attach
- Click Next

Follow the instructions below based on your selection in Step 10
Claims Filed on Court Register
The Claim Number Screen will display

Enter the claim number that was transferred in the text box

Click Next
The Claims Selection Screen will display
You can sort the listing by creditor name and claim #
- Select a claim from list by highlighting the claim number (the Claim number will appear in box)
- Click Next
The Event Screen will display:
- Select the Transfer of Claim event that is being Amended
- Click Next
A text box will display. Type in the information being amended
(For example, Transferor, dollar amount, etc)
- Click Next
- Click Next again
Claims Noticing Agent
The Claim Number and Event Screen will display
- Enter Claim Number, if provided
- Select the Transfer of Claim event that is being amended
- Click Next
A text box will display. Type in the information being amended
(For example, Transferor, dollar amount, etc)
- Click Next
- Click Next again
Claim Listed on Schedules, No Claim Filed (Chapter 11 only)
A text box will display. Type in the information being amended
(For example, Transferor, dollar amount, etc)
- Click Next
- Click Next again

The Final Text page will display. This is your final opportunity to modify the entry before submitting the filing.
Examples:
If Claim Filed on Court Register was chosen:
Amended Transfer of Claim. 2 to correct (Debtor name) Filed by (Name of creditor) (RE: [25] Transfer of Claim). (name)
If Claim Noticing Agent and claim number entered in the text box
Amended Transfer of Claim 17 to (correct Transferor) Filed by (Name of creditor) RE: [65] Transfer of Claim (name)
If Claim Notice Agent or Chapter 11 No Claim Filed and no claim number was entered in the text box
Amended Transfer of Claim to correct (Debtor name) (RE: [53] Transfer of Claim). Filed by (Name of creditor).

Verify the accuracy of the docket text

If corrections are needed use Back button to navigate back to previous screen and make correction or click Bankruptcy to abort filing and start over.

If entry is correct, go to step 18

Click Next to complete filing process
The Notice of Electronic Filing will display. It is the verification that the filing has been sent electronically to the court.
Copies of this notice and the document filed are emailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case. You have a period of 15 days for a one time free look at the document filed.
